Competitive and Domestic Dog Training For Over 20 Years
About Freymor Dogs
Freymor Dogs has been teaching agility and life skills to dogs in Leeds and the Lower Wharfe Valley area for over 10 years.
We have coached people from complete beginners to national team members but also have many members who are keen on having fun training their dog and just come to their weekly class for fun and enrichment.
We are keen to help people succeed with their dogs whether you need help with every day life skills, agility training or problem-solving issues with your competing agility dog.

About Jen
Jen Lewis is the Head Trainer and owner. She has been training dogs for over 20 years, firstly as a volunteer at Kennel Club Registered Clubs and then running her own business as a dog trainer, part-time since 2008 and full-time from 2013.
Jen’s initial degree contained modules on animal behaviour and training, she is a fully qualified teacher and has taught animal behaviour and training to degree level to college students. She has studied with top international trainer Susan Garrett both in person and online, the School of Canine Science, Absolute Dogs, Craig Ogilvie’s Toy Play Instructor course and regularly attends CPD with top trainers in behaviour and agility.
All of Jen’s competing dogs have attained top level competition standard and have qualified for and won national finals.
Border collie, Spud, competed internationally for several years and won a gold medal in the IFCS Individual Agility and bronze medals in the Individual Jumping and Team event.
More About Jen
Jen currently competes in grade 7 with Buffy, a Miniature American Shepherd, and her young collie, Vaia who is just beginning her agility competition journey.
Jen is also a top level judge, being qualified to judge Championship classes and teach other judges as a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer. She has undertaken CPD on judging and course design with the Global Judging Programme and several of Europe’s top agility judges.
We also have agility classes taught by our other instructors who have all undertaken Jen’s training programme to competition level and include experts in behaviour, top level competitors and a member of the Team GB management squad.
Freymor Dogs is named after my first two dogs, Freyja and Morgan who I got from a local farm and, who both achieved top level competing status and taught me so much as a first time dog owner.

Venue Information
We hold classes at our venues in New Farnley, Leeds and Acrecliffe Equestrian Centre in Otley.
Low Moor Livery Yard has indoor and outdoor facilities so we can be outside when its light and the weather is good, and be undercover when needed.
At Acrecliffe, we use the large indoor barn all year round. We have two classes with separate instructors working in the barn at a time so dogs get well used to working around other dogs.
Our equipment is modern, safe and to KC competition specification. We have fully slip resistant tunnels and different brands of rubber coated contacts so our dogs can train on a variety of equipment that they will see in the competition ring.
Winning Approach
All of Jen’s competing dogs have attained top level competition standard and have qualified for and won national finals.
